Fondant to Fromage

 

Here at BRIDAL BLISS, we like to mix things up and try new things so no two weddings are the same.  One fun idea that we had the opportunity to pair up with SIMPATICA CATERING and try in a recent issue of PORTLAND BRIDE & GROOM MAGAZINE was a new take on the traditional wedding cake.  For those that prefer cheese after dinner rather than sweets, this one is for you.  The bride and groom can even ceremoniously cut the “cake!”
