Ariel + Shon

We first met, when Shon approached us to plan his engagement. Nora and I knew from our initial meeting that there was something so special about the relationship that Shon & Ariel shared!

On the wedding day, this especially showed in the meaningful words they exchanged, in the way they interacted, and the love that was felt by everyone. Ariel wore a gorgeous gown designed by Lee Petra Grebenau and Shon was dapper in a Tom Ford tuxedo. Ariel then changed into a 2nd look custom designed by Dior along with amazing custom shoes, also designed by Dior.

Just as the sun started to come out on an early May day, friends and family arrived at Stoller Family Estate to celebrate their special day. Guests assembled at the tasting room for a touching ceremony.

After a heartwarming vow exchange, guests made their way  down on golf carts to cocktail hour. The winery’s Experience Center was transformed for dinner with long, family-style  and round tables lit with hundreds of candles, and florals by Blum Floral Design. The room can be described as ultra-chic with black and white touches.

Under the glow of the candles, guests ate dinner and listened to heartfelt speeches by the couple’s closest family members and friends. Afterwards, everyone went out to the patio to hear Shon’s Daughter’s - Juliet and Sarah sing the most touching song in honor of their father. Guests finished out the night dancing to Red Letter Players and were given gift boxes from Ames & Oates that included cookies of the couple’s french bulldog and bottle of wine. Branded waters and chocolates, flown in from France, were placed in cars to surprise guests on their way home!

It was an absolute honor to work with this couple! I couldn’t think of two people that are more perfect for each other. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to play a small part in your special day!

XOXO, Catherine
