We could not have asked for a more gorgeous day for Alicia and Henry! They were such a friendly, loving couple and after being engaged for two years, we wanted to send them into married life on the highest of notes!

On wedding day, the sun was beaming, setting the most perfect scene at Waverley Country Club. After getting ready with friends and family all morning in the Ladies Lounge, Alicia revealed her gorgeous lace dress to the bridal party, and then to her father. It was such a special moment as she was the first of his three daughters to be married! I loved the bridesmaids’ nude satin dresses, and one of my favorite details was how Alicia's dad wore his own father’s tux in his memory. Then it was Henry’s turn for a first look with Alicia and so worth the wait! The love, admiration, and patience between them was a joy to witness.

As guests arrived and were greeted by a luxurious champagne wall, Alicia and Henry tucked away for a private prayer and communion with their officiant. The ceremony was set up outside on the lawn under the shade of the old tree. Everything was decorated with neutral white and green florals by Alivia of Raybell Farms, who was a friend of the couple and got to stay to enjoy the festivities! Inside in the dining room, she wrapped the old beams with sprawling greenery, and incorporated baby’s breath, roses, and candles on the tables for a classic feel.

After Alicia and Henry said “I do” with family and friends in celebration, it was time to party! Guests were raving about their food and signature drinks - a Lime Margarita and Kentucky Mule. And though hard to choose, my favorite vignette of the night was the pearlized cake from Dream Cakes beneath the couple’s custom neon sign! After dinner, toasts, and two fabulous dress changes that evening, Bryan at Apogee Events kept the dance floor pumping and fun was had by all! The night ended with a cigar station and super fun bubble send off for the couple who were whisked away in a private car!

Alicia and Henry, thanks for trusting me with your special day! I could not be more excited for you and am wishing you all the joy and happiness life has to offer!
